Cynthia Valaitis

Cynthia Valaitis, President and CEO, CSCMP

Cynthia is President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthPRO, Canada's healthcare procurement services organization, which represents the purchasing interests of more than 800 hospitals across the country.  Leveraging 25 years of experience in healthcare procurement, she guides the strategic direction of the business and the management of $2.1 billion in contract value.

Cynthia joined HealthPRO upon its inception in 1996 and, during her tenure, has held several executive roles including Vice President of Business Development.

Cynthia is a member of the GS1 Canada Carenet Healthcare Sector Board and holds a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation with the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada.

John Green

John Green, Vice President of Finance & Corporate Affairs, CPA, CMA

John leads the finance and information technology functions at HealthPRO.

Prior to joining the organization in 2007, he held a variety of senior financial roles in the consumer goods, hospitality, food and linen service industries with Unilever, the National Caterers/Coast Hotels Group, Cara Operations and Booth Centennial Healthcare Linen Services.

John has a CMA designation and a Bachelor degree from the University of Natal in South Africa.

Christine Donaldson

Christine Donaldson, Vice President, Pharmacy Services, BScPhm, RPh

Christine principals HealthPRO’s Pharmacy Services, leading the procurement of pharmaceuticals on behalf of more than 800 hospitals across the country. In this role, Christine spearheads strategic initiatives designed to maximize savings, promote assurance of supply and patient safety, working collaboratively with members, suppliers, industry associations and all levels of government.

Prior to joining HealthPRO, Christine was Director of Pharmacy Services at Windsor Regional Hospital where she oversaw pharmacy operations for inpatient pharmacies across two acute care campuses, the regional cancer centre pharmacy and chemotherapy suite, as well as three accredited outpatient pharmacies.

Christine has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto, a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and is a Council Member for the Ontario College of Pharmacists.


Krista Stagliano

Krista Stagliano, Vice President, Materials Management, CSCMP

Krista is Vice President of Materials Management at HealthPRO. In her role, she leads several business units under the Materials Management portfolio including Clinical Services, Support Services, Nutrition and Food Services, Capital Equipment and Signature Services. In this capacity, she drives new strategies to deliver the best value to members.

Prior to joining HealthPRO in 2007, Krista managed group purchasing for the Newfoundland and Labrador Health Boards Association. Krista has a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and holds a CSCMP designation from the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA). She has previously served on the provincial and national Boards of the SCMA.

Liana Scott

Liana Scott, Vice President, Member Support

Liana Scott is Vice President, Member Support at HealthPRO. In her role, she leads a national team in providing local, customized support to members across the country, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from their membership. The team provides support throughout the entire lifecycle of the contract including customized reporting, clinical engagement, implementation and product quality support.

Prior to joining HealthPRO in 2007, Liana acquired 25 years of experience with Baxter Canada and Source Medical where she specialized in healthcare supply chain management and led the successful implementation of the first Canadian stockless inventory programs as well as the development of value-added supply chain services for hospitals.

Liana holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from Laurentian University and is a current board member of the Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN).

Jennifer Potvin

Jennifer Potvin, Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Jennifer is Vice President, Marketing and Communications at HealthPRO. In this role, she is responsible for defining and articulating HealthPRO's brand and overseeing communications to members and other key stakeholders.

Prior to joining HealthPRO in 2012, she held several management positions in leading public relations firms where she developed a number of marketing and communications campaigns for national and international brands. Her past clients have included Cadbury, Barilla, Unilever, The Body Shop and M&M Meat Shops.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Public Relations certificate from Concordia University in Montreal.
